The main stucture.

Candle-type diatomite filter machine, mainly include main machine, diatomite mixing tank, circulating pump, measurement pump, etc. The main machine is composed of the shell, candlewick, compaction system, etc.

The shell

The shell is composed of a casing, upper head, lower head and other components, the body and the upper head connect by flange, flange intermediate with a sealing ring, through the pressing mechanism to realize the sealing. The low head is directly welded with the body, a peripheral import and export pipe, is installed on the top of the washing tube, pressure gauge, the equipment can be cleaned and the operation situation of observation. All materials used to achieve sanitary standard plate and pipe fittings, pipeline to achieve the single-side welding double-side molding, eliminating the cleaning dead angle.

Candlewick

The candlewick is the key part of filter, is using the German advanced technology and equipment for the production of precision winding wire filtration unit, installation at the top and a wine yielding pipe plug, and seal up through O type sealing ring.

Compaction system

This structure comprises flange, compaction bolts and washers. Flange adopting concave-convex type, sealing washer put in the groove, not squeezed by high pressure, so that the sealing effect is better.

Mixing system

Mixing consist of retarder, mixing tank, mixing shaft and blade, used for mixing diatomite mixture, for precoating and adding to provide raw materials.

Measurement pump, circulating pump

Measuring pump is diaphragm measuring pump, the maximum guarantee the material cleaning and flow control range, up to330L / h, the highest pressure 0.5Mpa; circulating pump flow rate of 8m3 / h, pump lift of 46 meters, two pumps can meet the needs of the working machine.
